The project team leader must have a bachelor's degree in urban planning, civil engineering, transportation planning, or a related field. Team members must also have a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Penalties will be deducted from the contract price for delays in delivery, calculated using the current prime interest rate.
Persons aggrieved by decisions or actions taken by the municipality may lodge a written objection or complaint within 14 days of the decision or action.
