Foodbev seta shall not be obliged to accept the lowest or any bid, offer or proposal.

Bidders must complete all the necessary bid documents and undertakings required in this bid document.

As soon as it becomes known to the contractor that he/she will not be able to deliver the services within the delivery period and/or against the quoted price and/or as specified, foodbev seta must be given immediate written notice to this effect.

Foodbev seta shall reject a proposal for the award of a contract if the recommended bidder has committed a proven corrupt or fraudulent act in competing for the particular contract.
