Drain Tenders

Quotations are invited for the supply and delivery of hydraulic pumps and oil. The selling of quotation documents commences on Tuesday, 05th of May 2026, with a cutoff time of 15:00 on Monday, 11th of May 2026. A non-refundable fee of **** (inclusive of VAT) is required. Quotations will be evaluated based on the 80/20 evaluation criteria, with specific goals applicable for PPPFA regulations 2022. Service providers must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration. All relevant MBDs (1, 4, 8, 9) must be completed in full. Failure to deliver may result in future bids being considered for 6 months. Quotations must be submitted on the official letterhead of the business and be valid for 30 days. Unit prices and total amounts must be stated. No quotations will be considered from persons in the service of any organ of the state. Required documents include company registration, most recent municipal account, and proof of CSD registration. All prospective tenderers will be screened against the National Treasury's defaulters database. Quotations must be sealed in an envelope, marked Supply and deliver hydraulics pumps and oil, Quotation Number ****, and deposited in the bid box at the Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni, not later than 12:00 on Tuesday, the 12th of May 2026. Late and verbal quotations will not be considered. The Mandeni Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any tender.
