The University of Johannesburg is inviting bids for the supply of groceries and sanitary items for the student meal assistance program for a period of three years. A compulsory virtual tender briefing session will be held on Monday, 06 April 2026, at 11:00 AM. Suppliers must register on the Oracle iCloud application portal before attending the briefing to access tender documents. Tender clarification questions must be submitted by 17 April 2026 at 12:00 PM. The tender closing date and time is Wednesday, 22 April 2026, at 12:00 PM. Mandatory requirements for Stage 1 include a fully completed tender document, transfer of total pricing for three years, 3 years annual financial statements, valid COIDA RMA FEM certificate, and a valid SARS PIN.
