Bids may be disqualified for fraud, corruption, or failure to meet empowerment requirements. any bidder not meeting this requirement will be considered nonresponsive accordingly the bid will be disqualified

Bids must be submitted by the closing time and date: 30 October 2026 at 11h00. Late bids will not be accepted.

Payments shall be made promptly, in no case later than thirty (30) days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 price, 20 specific goals.

Bidders must score a minimum of 35 out of 60 points on functionality, including experience and financial stability criteria.

Penalties apply for late delivery: deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate.

There is a compulsory briefing session and site inspection on 16 October 2026 at 10h00 at the Wilton Mkwayi Building.

Failure to comply with mandatory requirements will result in disqualification: failure to comply with any of the above mandatory requirements will result in disqualification.

The closing date for submissions is 7 August 2026, at 11:00 am. closing date and time 7 august 2026 at 11: 00 am no late submissions will be accepted.

The SABS will not make an upfront or advance payment. Payment will only be made according to the delivery of service or goods. the sabs will not make an upfront or advance payment to a successful bidder. payment will only be made in accordance to the delivery of service or goods that will be agreed upon by the sabs and the successful bidder.

The evaluation will be based on the 80/20 preference points system, considering price and specific goals. only bidders who meet the specified requirements will be evaluated further on **** preference points system of 2022.

Bidders must submit CSD registration, a valid BBBEE certificate, SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure Form), and SBD 6. 1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
