Greater kokstad municipality will conduct a site visit at a client of the bidder reference for validation of the services rendered.

Failure to meet above criteria will lead to disqualification.

The quotation must be submitted no later than 15 July 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Payments will be made within 30 days after invoice and statement submission. No advance payments are allowed.

The award will be based on an 80/20 preference point system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. The municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or the highest scoring bidder.
