The service provider shall be required to have a proven track record in replacement of alumina ceramic tiling and structural repairs or similar works for a minimum three 3 cumulative years experience in the past five 5 years.
Penalties shall be imposed at 10% for noncompliance to service level agreement where the service provider fails to deliver the services within the agreed and accepted milestone timelines and provided that the cause of the delay was not due to a fault of transnet.
