Bids are invited for a service provider to provide judging equipment for the agricultural show. Bids must be submitted by March 31, 2025, at 12:00. Prasa reserves the right to award business to the highest scoring bidders unless objective criteria justify the award to another bidder. Bidders are required to self-register on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD). Prasa requires a validity period of 60 working days from the closing date. Bidders may be requested to extend the validity period of their response, on the same terms and conditions, if the internal processes are not finalized within the validity period. Where applicable. Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Price offer is firm and clearly indicate the basis thereof.
