Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

Payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials.

The bid shall be allocated based on scoring ranking price and specific goals.

Bidders must submit a valid pest control registration certificate, valid pest control operator competency and accreditation certificates, and a company profile with business address.

Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.

Bidders may be disqualified for failure to comply with administrative bidding requirements, failure to attach or complete designated areas of documents, or if information supplied is found to be false or incorrect.

The proposed delivery date is 31 July 2026.

For procurements from R1 up to R30 ****, the department will allocate 80/20 points: 80 points for price, 10 points for black-owned entities, and 10 points for entities located in the district where goods/services are required.

The form must be completed in detail and accompanied by a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit and CSD report.

Failure to provide or comply with any of the particulars may render the bid invalid.
