Bidders must submit proof of CIDB contractor grading, certified copy of workmens compensation certificate, proof of company registration for VAT, certified copy of entity registration with CIPIC, valid tax clearance certificate pin, authority to signatory, certified identity documents, statement of municipal rates and taxes, audited financial statements for the last three years, and a certificate from an accredited accountant.

Non-compliance with eligibility criteria, submission of incomplete documents, non-certified copies, or failure to meet the minimum functionality score of 80 points will lead to disqualification.
