The SABS will not make an upfront or advance payment. he sabs will not make an upfront or advance payment to a successful bidder. Payment will only be made in accordance to the delivery of service or goods that will be agreed upon by the sabs and the successful bidder.

The award will be based on the 80/20 preference points system, considering price and specific goals. only bidders who meet the functionality threshold of 70 will be evaluated further on **** preference points system of 2022. pricing and specific goal

Bidders must meet a minimum functionality threshold of 70%. minimum threshold is 70

Contacting other SABS personnel or canvassing may lead to disqualification. bidders must not contact any other sabs personnel regarding this rfq, as it may lead to the bidders disqualification. also note that any canvassing by bidderssuppliers regarding this rfq will result in disqualification.

Proposals should be submitted on or before 23 July 2026 by no later than 16h00.

Brand SA undertakes to pay in full within thirty (30) days, all valid claims for work done to its satisfaction upon presentation of a substantiated claim/invoice.

Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 formula preference points system for price and specific goals.

The service provider/facilitator must be SETA or QCTO accredited for artificial intelligence training. The service provider must have a valid accreditation. CV of the proposed facilitator must demonstrate technical and professional experience in AI projects (3 years experience).

Bids that are suspicious will be reported to the competition commission for investigation and possible imposition of administrative penalties. Bidders may be restricted from conducting business with the public sector for a period not exceeding ten (10) years.

Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022.

Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Bidders must submit a minimum of one reference letter where legal liability training was successfully rendered. Service providers must submit valid proof of accreditation as a skills development provider. Appointed training providers must bring their own data projector and stationery.

Failure to include all applicable taxes on quotation will lead to disqualification. Quotations received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted.
