Clarification requests must be received no later than one week before the bid deadline. dmsa will respond on email to any request for clarification of the tender documents which it receives no later than one 1 week prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

Failure to submit required documents or arrive on time for the briefing session can lead to disqualification. bidders arriving 30 minutes late will not be allowed into the briefing session.
