Invoicing and payment will be done monthly on all work completed in the previous months. Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of a valid and undisputed tax invoice together with supporting documentation.
The service provider warrants that for a period of 90 calendar days from acceptance of the deliverables, they will, if properly used, conform in all material respects with the requirements set out in the relevant schedule. The service provider will at its expense remedy any such non-conformance as soon as possible but in any event within 30 calendar days of notification by Transnet.
The evaluation will be based on administrative and substantive responsiveness, a minimum threshold of 80 points for technical criteria, and a price and specific goals weighted score of 80/20. Transnet may also engage in price negotiations.
