Diagnostic Service Tenders

This RFQ is for the appointment of a service provider to provide mobile chest X-ray services for SANPC refinery employees for a period of 36 months. A non-compulsory briefing session will be held on 30 April 2026. Quotations must be submitted via email by 07 May 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must note that no link submission will be accepted. CEF SOC Ltd supports Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and prefers to do business with local enterprises who share these values. A valid BBBEE verification certificate is preferred. The 80/20 preference point system will be applicable as the estimated value is below R50,000,000. Bidders are required to complete SBD 6. 1 and submit it with proof of meeting specific goals. Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, including VAT, on a fixed price basis. CEF SOC Ltd reserves the right to negotiate, modify the RFQ, reject any quotation, disqualify late submissions, not necessarily accept the lowest quotation, reject all quotations, award a portion of the services, split the award, or make no award. The validity period required is 90 days. Mandatory returnable documents include pricing/quotation. Essential returnable documents include a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6. 1, and proof of Central Supplier Database registration. The selection criteria include price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points). Specific goals include Historically Disadvantaged Individual (HDI) enterprises (10 points), enterprises owned by women (5 points), youth (3 points), and persons with disability (2 points). The contract will be awarded to the highest scoring bidder. If scores are equal, the award will be decided by drawing lots. Bidders must provide an all-inclusive pricing offer covering the full scope of work.
