Late bids will not be accepted. Failure to meet the pre-qualification criteria will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

The bids will be evaluated and adjudicated in three stages: administrative responsiveness, technical/functional criteria, and price. The recommended preferred bidder will be the bidder with the lowest overall price in the third stage, unless the DBSA exercises its right to cancel the RFP.

Bidders must meet specific criteria, including registration with a recognised professional body (EAPASA or HPCSA), a team of qualified professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience, reference letters, and demonstrated experience in designing and managing wellness programmes for medium-to-large corporations.
