Payment will be made within 30 days after submission of invoice and delivery of goods. 30 days payments terms and conditions of the invoices will be applicable and after the delivery of goods and services in the municipality.

The supplier warrants goods are new, unused, and free from defects for 12 months after delivery or 18 months after shipment, whichever is earlier. this warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods. . . have been delivered

If the supplier fails to deliver within the specified period, a penalty calculated on the delivered price using the current prime interest rate per day of delay will be deducted. deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods

Bids may be rejected if the bidder or directors have abused the supply chain management system, been convicted of fraud or corruption in the past five years, or are listed on the register for tender defaulters. the bid of any bidder may be rejected if that bidder, or any of its directors have: abused the municipalitys. . . supply chain management system

Bids must be deposited in the bid box by 12h00 on 02 November 2026. bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. late bids will not be accepted for consideration.
