The license must be delivered within 7 days of receiving the order, as stated: deliver the licenses to cwdm offices at 29 du toit street, stellenbosch within seven 3 days of receiving the order.

Payments shall be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the relevant invoice, as stated: payments shall be made by the district municipality within thirty 30 calendar days of receiving the relevant invoice statement.
