Suppliers must complete specific forms (MTBC RFQ forms), attach valid company quotations, and provide VAT-inclusive prices that include delivery. The quotation must be valid for 90 days. Suppliers must break down prices, complete attached forms (SBD 4, SBD 6. 1, SBD 8, and SBD 9), and attach BEE certificate, tax clearance certificate with verification pin.
