Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration. The closing time and date is 11:00 on 27 July 2026.

The method and conditions of payment to be made to the supplier under this contract shall be specified in SCC. Payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. This warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods have been delivered and accepted.

The bid must score a minimum of 60 points to proceed to the next stage of evaluation. Points are awarded for functionality (methodology, approach, workplan) and company experience.

Bidders must submit detailed information of their experience in the relevant trade together with present contracts. Minimum of three CVs detailing exposure in the field of marketing communication and advertising of the project teams must be attached.

Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.

Bidders must submit samples/examples of work for the category they are bidding.

A false declaration will result in disqualification. Failure to provide or comply with any of the particulars in the bid submission requirements may render the bid invalid.

Points for this bid shall be awarded for: a price and b preference points based on specific goals. The maximum points for this bid are allocated as follows: points price 80 preference points 20 total points for price and preference points 100.

The bidder must submit a minimum of three contactable reference letters for the company or occupational medical practitioner, where they have rendered similar medical services, between **** to 2026. The bidder must provide a copy of a certificate of training in occupational health for the occupational medical practitioner.

Furthermore, Iwe agree to a penalty clauses which will allow CSIR to invoke a penalty against us for noncompliance with material terms of this RFP including the delayed delivery of the services due to nonperformance by ourselves, failure to meet subcontracting.

Failure to provide any mandatory returnable documents at the closing date and time of this bid will result in a respondents disqualification.

The bid closing date and time is 29 June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Late bid submissions will not be accepted for consideration by the SABc.

The SABc's standard payment terms are 60 days from the date of invoice.

If there are any defects arising from failure of goods to meet the specifications within the period specified in the contract, the bidder shall replace the defective items at his expense or shall refund the SABc such costs as the SABc may incur in replacing such defective item.

The evaluation will be based on the quality, relevance, creativity, integration, practicality, measurement logic and commercial logic of the submission presented in response to this RFP.

Bidders must submit a SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate, proof of valid TV license, company registration documents, shareholder certificates, director ID documents, and financial statements or management accounts. Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is also required.

If delivery does not take place within the period stipulated, the SABc may cancel the contract concluded with the bidder without further notice and with immediate effect without prejudice to any other course of action available to the SABc to recover any damages out of such delay.

The closing time for clarification of queries is 3 three days before the deadline for bid proposal submission.

Failure to comply with the required technical specification will result in disqualification. Misrepresentation or providing false information regarding a company's information or engaging in fronting practice may lead to criminal and/or civil cases and restriction from doing business with SABc. Late bid submissions will not be accepted.
