The City of Cape Town is seeking a service provider to offer training to its staff on operating various vehicles and lifting equipment. The contract period is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. Additional documents required include CVs of trainers, company profiles, and training manuals. Providers must have valid accreditation from an authorized body. Pricing includes facilitation, refreshments, training materials, assessment, and certification. The City of Cape Town will provide PPE to learners. Training will take place within the Cape Metropolitan area. The supplier must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws. The contract is subject to the City of Cape Town's supply chain management policy. The supplier must provide proof of insurance, letter of good standing from the compensation commissioner, initial delivery program, and other requirements prior to the purchase order. Payment will be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. The supplier is responsible for the acts, defaults, and negligence of any subcontractors.
