The bid will be awarded based on a 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals. Tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading of 1EP or higher. Only tenderers who are a cidb contractor grading of 1ep or higher as stated on the tender data may submit tender offers.

Tenderers may be disqualified if they engage in corrupt or fraudulent practices, or if their tender is found to be nonresponsive.
