The delivery date for the items is specified as 22 June 2026 at 12:00, to be delivered to the MUT Sport office.

The bid notice states that payment terms are 30 days in arrears upon receipt of a valid invoice.

The university does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any quotation.

The tender or rfq must be awarded to the tenderer who score the highest total number of points in terms of the preference point system price and specific goals unless objective criteria in terms of section 2 1f of the pppfa justify the award of the tender to another tenderer.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations.

After the initial shortlisting process, the recommended supplier must provide physical samples unbranded of the soccer jerseys both home and away and a sample soccer ball for quality assessment.
