PPECB invites quotations for site visit, measurement, office design and office furniture recommendation for its Paarl office (191 m2). Mandatory site visit required. Quotations must include travel, inspection, design, and recommendation report costs. Bidders must be registered on CSD and submit SBD1, SBD4, tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate, and SBD6. 1. Payment terms are to be clearly stated in the bidder's proposal. 30 days after the invoice following successful and complete delivery of correct items (20 points). Less than 30 days from invoice (15 points). If deposit is required (0 points).
The supplier guarantees the goods and services delivered to be as specified in this order and free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of not less than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals. The minimum functional threshold is 80 points.
Only bid responses from bidders that are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) will be considered. Bidders must submit SBD1, SBD4, valid tax clearance certificate, valid B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, and SBD6. 1.
If the supplier fails to deliver on or before the delivery date, the PPECB reserves the right to cancel the order entirely or partially and recover any loss or damages suffered as a result of late delivery.

Responses from bidders not registered on the CSD at bid closing time, or bidders that are prohibited from doing business with the state, will be disqualified. Bidders who score less than the minimum functional threshold of 80 points will be disqualified.
