Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

Bidders must ensure that they register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the reference numbers on the SBD 1 form.

There will be no briefing session for this bid.

Failure to comply with bid submission requirements, including completing attached forms in detail and submitting in a sealed envelope with stipulated information, may disqualify your proposal.

Submissions should be no later than Aug 04 2026 16:00:00.

Payment terms: 30 days after statement.

All bids will be evaluated on a points system based on weighted average score for price and preference as per preferential procurement framework act of **** act 5 of ****.

Bidders must submit proof of previous supply of the service/items being requested or similar in the past 24 months (stamped/signed invoices or delivery note or reference letters). Bidders must be registered on CSD central supplier database national treasury and be tax compliant.

NB: please note that if any of the above requirements is not submitted with the quote it will be an immediate disqualification.

The service provider is to commence the performance of the services within 14 days of the date that the contract becomes effective.

Statements, invoices and backup documentation together with a payment certificate shall be submitted to the employer on or before the 25th of the month for payment not later than the last day of the month following the month in which same were submitted.

The tender uses an 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.

The tenderer must attach his her organization and staffing proposals to this page. The scoring of the proposed organization and staffing will be as follows: no submission score 0, poor score 40, satisfactory score 70, good score 90, very good score 100.

The maximum penalty amount (MPA) shall be 7. 5% of the contract price (CP).

In the event of a fraudulent claim for preference points or failure to fulfill contract conditions, the organ of state may disqualify the person, recover costs, cancel the contract, recommend restriction from obtaining business, and forward the matter for criminal prosecution.
