This tender is for the appointment of a panel of 10 professional service providers for the implementation of the Uthukela District Municipality's Section 63 Ministerial Directive. The contract period is three years. Statements, invoices and backup documentation together with a payment certificate shall be submitted to the employer on or before the 25th of the month for payment not later than the last day of the month following the month in which same were submitted.
The tender uses an 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.
The tenderer must attach his her organization and staffing proposals to this page. The scoring of the proposed organization and staffing will be as follows: no submission score 0, poor score 40, satisfactory score 70, good score 90, very good score 100.
The maximum penalty amount (MPA) shall be 7. 5% of the contract price (CP).
In the event of a fraudulent claim for preference points or failure to fulfill contract conditions, the organ of state may disqualify the person, recover costs, cancel the contract, recommend restriction from obtaining business, and forward the matter for criminal prosecution.
