This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the appointment of a service provider to develop, review, and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC). Mandatory documents include CSD report/MAAA number, SBD 4, SBD 6. 1, and a certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. Preference will be given to contractors residing within the Eastern Cape.
The assignment must be completed within **** working days from the date of signing the Service Level Agreement (SLA), subject to an agreed project plan.
Payment will be made within 30 days upon receipt of a valid invoice and supporting documents, subject to satisfactory completion of services. No upfront payment will be made.
The award will be based on the 80/20 preference point system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70 out of 100 points in Stage 1 (functionality) to proceed to Stage 2.
Bidders must be registered with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). They must also provide detailed information on the project team's experience and qualifications, company profile with at least three to five completed projects similar in scope, and at least five reference letters for similar projects successfully completed within the past five years.
MBTC reserves the right to terminate the contract if not satisfied with the work produced by the service provider.
Failure to comply with special conditions, including completing MBTC RFQ special conditions forms, attaching valid quotations on letterhead, adhering to closing dates, and providing a breakdown of prices, will result in immediate disqualification. Late, incomplete, or unsigned bids will not be accepted.
