Internal Auditing Tenders

Completed quotations must be deposited into the quotations box by no later than the closing date and time: 05 August 2026 @12h00.

This quotation will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point system.

Suppliers submitting quotations should be registered with Central Suppliers Database (CSD). The appointed service provider must provide a manager with expertise in internal and external audit, knowledge of GRAP and other accounting standards, experience in reviewing AFS for municipalities, and at least 5-10 years of experience in an auditing field.

Failure to comply with conditions will invalidate your offer. No quotations will be considered from persons in the service of the state.

Bids must be deposited in bid box 1, situated at the revenue section, cnr halite and gold street, carletonville and is open between 07h30 and 16h00. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in public. The closing date is 23 July 2026 at 10:00.

Proof of payment must be attached with the returnable document. Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions contained in the bid documents.

80/20 preference point scoring system will apply, where 80 points will be allocated for price only and 20 specific goals points scored.

Companies must be registered on the CSD database and suppliers must submit CSD report not older than 3 months. Attach municipal account for rates and taxes of both company and directors not owing for more than 90 days, or submit lease agreement. Submit certified copies of identity documents for all shareholders/owners/partners. Submit copies of company registration documents CK1. Attach a valid tax pin certificate.

Bidders must disclose any family or business relationships with government officials, failure to do so will lead to disqualification. Bidders must disclose any other ownership by directors, shareholders of the bidding company of they have any interest in any other related companies. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
