This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks proposals from professional services firms to advise on the restructuring and repositioning of KBP's property assets. The strategy should focus on redevelopment, acquisition, and disposal. KBP owns a portfolio of 45 properties across seven provinces, comprising industrial and retail properties, and vacant land. The successful service provider will be required to provide a final report within one month of appointment. Key deliverables include an assessment of the property portfolio's health and recommendations for a turnaround strategy, including a disposal strategy and its financial impact. The 80/20 preference points system will be applied for price and specific goals. Bidders must submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6. 1 forms, a comprehensive company profile, proof of registration with relevant professional bodies, proof of residence, and confirmation of attendance at the briefing session. Functionality will be assessed based on company experience, resources, and methodology. The contract is subject to the National Treasury's General Conditions of Contract.
The service provider is expected to provide a final report in a month after appointment.
