The procurement is for 12 months of cleaning services for Onderstepoort Biological Products SOC Ltd. Compulsory document requirements include: proof of valid compensation of occupational injuries diseases act COIDA in cleaning services, cleaning hygiene issued by the department of labour; be a member of the National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA) or equivalent; demonstrated experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical environments; minimum of 2 reference letters not older than 5 years; COIDA valid letter of good standing; proof of public liability minimum of R500,**** must be registered on CSD and be tax compliant.
Relief or replacement staff must be made available within 2 hours, with proof of training/cleaning knowledge, otherwise penalties will be incurred.
Failure to submit mandatory documents such as proof of COIDA, NCCA membership, reference letters, public liability insurance, or UIF compliance certificate will result in disqualification. Bidders listed in the register for tender defaulters and/or the list of restricted suppliers will be disqualified.
