Mandatory requirements include the completion of the bill of quantities, attachment of datasheet, reference letter, proof of certification, proof of accreditation, functionality requirements where applicable. No RFQ will be considered from persons in the service of the state. No bidder who is blacklisted by national treasury or any national authority due to non-performance will be considered.
The bid of any bidder may be rejected if that bidder, or any of its directors have: abused the municipalitys supply chain management system or committed any improper conduct in relation to such system; been convicted for fraud or corruption during the past five years; willfully neglected, reneged on or failed to comply with any government, municipal or other public sector contract during the past five years or been listed in the register for tender defaulters.
Attendance of compulsory site briefing where applicable is a mandatory requirement.
