Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant. They must also submit all required returnable documentation, including SBD forms and annexures, and provide proof of accreditation as a reseller of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

The bid notice mentions that penalties may be imposed for delays in delivery or performance, as per GCC clause 22. The purchaser may deduct a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay.

The NNR reserves the right to conduct site inspections and/or due diligence, or explanatory meetings in order to verify the nature and quality of services offered by the bidder. This will be done before or after adjudication of the bid, and the site inspection and/or due diligence will be carried out with shortlisted bidders only.

The winning bidder will be required to provide a sample laptop backpack before delivery.

Bidders may be disqualified for non-compliance with administrative or mandatory criteria, failure to submit required documentation, tax non-compliance, engaging in collusive tendering or anti-competitive conduct, or fronting.
