The Walter Sisulu Local Municipality is seeking services from suitably qualified and experienced service providers. he walter sisulu local municipality is seeking services from suitably qualified and experiencedservice provider for the compilation of annual financial statements for a period of three 3 years

The closing date for submission is 23 September 2025, closing time: 16h00.

Payment will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt by Transnet of a month-end statement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transnet will utilize a multi-stage evaluation methodology, including responsiveness, technical and functional criteria, and price, with weighted scoring. Specific goals preference points will also be awarded.

Bidders must meet minimum thresholds for administrative and substantive responsiveness, including compliance with all sections of the RFQ, and a minimum score of **** points for technical criteria, including company experience, key personnel qualifications and experience, methodology, and health, environment and safety management.

Failure to comply with tax obligations or other requirements may render the bid invalid. Transnet reserves the right to disqualify bidders for collusion, non-compliance with the Employment Equity Act, or submitting bids through another bidder's profile. Transnet may also cancel the contract and request national treasury to place the respondent on its database of restricted suppliers for a period not exceeding 10 years, on the basis of incorrect information furnished by the respondent.

A compulsory pre-proposal site meeting and/or RFQ briefing will be conducted at the specified address on 16 September 2025, at 11h00 AM for a period of 2 hours.

The closing date for quotations is 15 September 2025 at 12:00.

Payments will be made not later than 30 days, after the receipt of a tax invoice.

The successful provider will be the one scoring the highest points, evaluated in terms of the **** preference point system as prescribed in the preferential procurement regulations of 2022.

Bidders must be registered and in existence with the legal practice council and hold a valid fidelity fund certificate from legal practice council, be an admitted conveyancer of the high court of south africa, and sign and declare compliance by schedule 4.
