The bid documents must be deposited in Bid Box 1, situated at the revenue section, cnr Halite and Gold Street, Carletonville, and is open between 07h30 and 16h00. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in public.

The bid documents will be available for the nonrefundable fee of R1 **** vat inclusive. Proof of payment must be attached with the returnable document.

The bid notice states that an **** preference point scoring system will apply, where 80 points will be allocated for price only and 20 specific goals points scored.

The bid responses must be submitted on the online platform not later than 10:00 on the 28 April 2026.

The City of Tshwane will make payment for the services rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 days after receipt of an invoice.

This bid will be evaluated in three evaluation stages: Stage 1: Administrative Compliance, Stage 2: Mandatory Requirements, and Stage 3: Preference Point System (80/20). The City does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have CSD numbers. Mandatory requirements include demonstrating experience in providing relevant services in line with selected environmental management studies and providing 3 or more contactable reference letters of completed similar work. The team members must demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in specific areas related to landfill management and financial provisioning.
