The bid must be submitted by no later than 13 April 2026 at 12:00.

Payment will be in accordance with the tendered pricing schedule and key performance indicators. A valid tax invoice must be submitted by the 25th of each month with all mandatory information and reporting as indicated in the scope of work. Payment will not be processed without the submission of reports.

Bidders will be evaluated on functionality first. Only tenders that meet the minimum requirement will be further evaluated on price and preference points. A preferential point system will apply, with 80 points for price and 20 points for PPPFA status level.

Prospective suppliers must be registered on CSD prior to submitting a bid. Bidders must meet minimum qualifying requirements, including submitting completed MBD forms, CSD registration report, company registration certificate, company profile with references, proof of municipal rates and taxes, and certified copies of IDs of directors.

For services, if the service provider fails to complete or render the works/services by the due completion date, they will be liable to the municipality in the amount of 0. 05 of the total invoice amount (excluding VAT) per calendar day that completion is delayed. This will be deducted from a subsequent payable invoice.

Any objections or complaints with respect to this tender should be lodged within 14 days of the advertisement.
