The deadline for payment and tender issue is Monday, 13 October 2025 at 11:00 AM. Sealed tender documents must be submitted into the tender box at Mopani TVET College corporate centre main reception, Cnr Combretum Haarlem Street, Phalaborwa, from Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30 and on Friday from 07:30 to 13:30. Courier services must deposit the document in the tender box.

The evaluation process has two stages: administrative/compliance criteria assessment, and functionality assessment. Bidders who are listed in the national treasury register of defaulters will be disqualified. Successful bidders will be contacted within 90 days of the closing date. Mopani TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid.
