Proposals must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration.
Responses will be evaluated by the following functionality criteria, and a minimum score of 70 points to qualify for price and specific goals evaluation. The appointment to the panel would be based on the highest points scored.
The prospective service provider is expected to have successfully delivered a similar project and must have experience in the development of new qualifications, design and review of occupational qualifications aligned to QCTO requirements, facilitation skills for full and part occupational qualifications, attended QCTO subject matter expert (SME) training and/or previous registration with QCTO, at least eight 8 years work experience in the CATHSSETA subsectors, and submit reference letters from SETAs, professional bodies or industry bodies for full and part qualifications, as well as skills programmes.
