Bidders must have specific experience and submit the bidder must attach 3 5 or more reference letters, the their portfolio of evidence with similar nature and reference should provide details of the actual work or project references provided from previous clients completed from contactable corporates or government clients where the bidder has provided similar services.
Should at any time during the contract period be determined that the contractors personnel failed to perform in one or other facet of their duties without a reasonable motivation the contract will be terminated.
There will be a compulsory site inspection wherein the contractor will inspect the site and satisfy himselfherself before submitting the tender, as to the nature of the work, number of personnel required and material necessary to render the service as required in the tender document.
The bidder must, within five working days of receipt of the notification of an award, deliver written notification of an intention to appeal.
