The proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 formulae preference points system for price and specific goals as per the 2022 PPPFA regulations.

Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ensure they remain registered for the duration of the services and/or contract. Bidders need to ensure they are tax compliant at the time of submitting their bid and remain tax compliant for the duration of the contract and/or services. Bidders must attach proof of accreditation from the OEM AMS360 or an accredited distributor. The technical lead must have a minimum of 2 years or above experience providing technical support in the AMS360 application.

The CSOS reserves the right to conduct site inspections or call for supporting documentation in order to confirm any information provided by a bidder in its response to this bid.

The bid closing date is 21 May 2026, with proposals to be submitted by 12:00 PM.

The tender will be evaluated based on a combination of price and preference points, with a 80/20 system applied for tenders up to R50 million.

Bidders must be registered on the National Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have valid tax compliance status. Specific technical and experience requirements are detailed in the tender document.

A non-compulsory clarification meeting will take place on 22 April 2026 via MS Teams.

Unsuccessful bidders will have the opportunity to query the award or decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of notification.
