The National Research Foundation (NRF) SAEON is inviting quotes for the appointment of a CIDB Grade 1 EB/EP or higher service provider to connect an outbuilding container's electricity to the main building's electricity distribution box at the Spioenkop Nature Reserve. The scope of work includes supplying and installing a 100m x 10mm twin and earth cable, a 60amp circuit breaker, and a 20mm diameter, 50m length steel electrical conduit. The service provider must also connect the cable to the main electrical distribution board, excavate a trench, ensure a voltage drop of less than 5%, and provide an electrical certificate of compliance upon completion. A compulsory onsite briefing session will be held on March 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Spioenkop Nature Reserve. Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of electrical material for the Mossel Bay Municipality for a period of three years from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Bids must be submitted on the original documents and remain valid for 120 days after the closing date.
