Bids may be disqualified if the bidder, or any of its directors, trustees, shareholders, members, partners, or any person having a controlling interest, is employed by the state. Bids may also be disqualified if the bidder has a relationship with any person employed by the procuring institution or has an interest in any other related enterprise.
