Failure to quote fully or according to the price structure and scope of work, submitting quotations after the closing date and time, not sending quotations through the procurement central email, not submitting a minimum of three verifiable reference letters, and failing to comply with mandatory requirements will lead to disqualification. a service provider who fails to quote fully or according to the price structuretable and scope of work will be disqualified. The evaluation will be based on a 90/10 split for price and specific goals, with a minimum functionality threshold of 70 points.

Penalties are applicable for various failures, including failure to have working radio communication, failure to cloak, late posting, failure to be in uniform, and negligent failure to safeguard assets.

Bidders must be prepared for Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality security team to visit the head office to verify standards.

Bidders will be disqualified if they fail to meet the minimum threshold for functionality, submit fake documents, or if their bid is late.

The project lifespan would be for a period of 9 months, subject to the project plan that would be developed by the service provider and agreed to by the commission.

SAHRC will not make any upfront payments before the rendering of services.

The sahrc reserves the right to conduct mandatory site inspection to the offices of the service provider.

The SAHRC may request clarity of further information regarding any aspect of the bid. The service provider should supply the requested information within fortyeight 48 hours after the request has been made.

A detailed price breakdown structure must be included for the provincial office and the total price for the duration of the contract must be submitted.

The bid notice states bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address.

Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, at the end of each month, for work previously performed and upon proper invoicing and accepted reporting.

Bids received will be evaluated in respect of the evaluation criteria as set out in the bid documentation and the 80/20 scoring principle as provided for in the preferential procurement regulations, 2022.

The bidder must provide proof of registration on national treasury's central supplier database csd which should reflect that the bidder is an active supplier, is tax compliant and is not a restricted supplier.
