Bids evaluated using 80/20 preference points system: 80 points will be used for price and the 20 points are awarded to the bidder for attaining bbbee status level contributor.

Bidders must have CIDB registration with grading designation 1GB or higher in general building class, and be registered on CSD with active status. bidders must be registered with the construction industry development board cidb register of contractors and must have a contractor grading designation of 1gb or higher

Failure to submit required documents renders bids non-responsive: bidders that fail to submit any of the following, will be rendered nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. Late submissions also not considered.

Quotations must be returned on or before the closing date and time. The bid closing is 29 October 2026 at 12h00. late submission submission of bids will not be considered for evaluation.

Bids will be rendered nonresponsive if they fail to meet minimum requirements, including CSD registration, qualifications, and completed WCBD4 form. no late or incomplete quotations will be accepted.
