Unless other arrangements have specifically been agreed upon in writing, the PPECB shall pay the supplier for the goods and services within thirty (30) days of the receipt by the PPECB of a correct, undisputed, and properly due statement.
The supplier undertakes to deliver goods and services that are free from defects. The supplier guarantees the goods and services delivered to be as specified in this order and free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of not less than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Quotations or bids will be evaluated according to stages: compliance evaluation, mandatory criteria, functional/technical evaluation, and price and specific goals. Bidders that passed the previous evaluation stages will be evaluated on price and specific goals using the 80/20 preference point system.
Bidders must be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) as a security service provider and must attach a certified copy of a current and valid PSIRA certificate and a valid letter of good standing from PSIRA. Bidders must also be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
Bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive. The site visit is scheduled for 04 May 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
