The Msunduzi Municipality requires the supply and delivery of operational machinery to be effected within 10 days upon receiving an official order, as stated in the tender document.

In the event of a breakdown of plant during the execution of the contract, the tenderer must ensure that the plant is repaired/replaced within a period of 8 hours, failing which, a penalty equal to eight times the hourly rate will be imposed for each day of non-availability of the plant equipment.
