Bids must be submitted by 11:00 on September 23, 2025, to the Department of Water and Sanitation, at the specified address. The warranty shall remain valid for twelve (12) months after the goods, or any portion thereof as the case may be, have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract, or for eighteen (18) months after the date of shipment from the port or place of loading in the source country, whichever period concludes earlier, unless specified otherwise in scc.

If the bidder fails to supply the goods or render the service within the period stipulated in the contract, the department shall have the right, in its sole discretion to deduct as a penalty as described in paragraph 22 of national treasury general conditions of contract ntgcc.
