Submit a copy of a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. Ensure that all attached MBDs are duly completed and signed. Submit a copy of valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in areas for more than 90 days. Acceptance of a quotation will be subject to Johannesburg Water’s Supply Chain Policy.
