Masterclass Tenders

ATNS is seeking a service provider to deliver an organizational culture masterclass and workshops for its general employees. The service provider will help translate culture survey results into actionable insights, foster dialogue, and encourage employee contribution to a healthier culture. The workshops will be conducted physically across various ATNS locations. Proposals must be valid for 60 days. The evaluation will be based on administrative requirements, mandatory requirements (including facilitator qualifications), functionality (company experience, methodology, understanding of ATNS context), and price/specific goals using an 80/20 system.

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) from service providers to facilitate strategic leadership engagements, including a masterclass for the Exco and Board of the City of Joburg Property Company SOC Ltd. The engagements aim to review and refine the company's strategy, business model, leadership brand development, facilitation, and value proposition. Key requirements include: - Team leader and proposed team members must possess a qualification at NQF Level 7 or higher in relevant disciplines (Business Management, Human Capital Management, Organisational Development, Strategic Management, Business Leadership). - Submission of an organogram and certified copies of qualifications. - Valid tax compliant verification PIN number issued by SARS. - Current copy of CK1 and/or CK2C. - Certified copy or original of the entity's BBBEE certificate or original sworn affidavit. - Uptodate municipal account (not older than three months) for directors/members and the entity, or proof of arrangements to settle arrears, or a valid lease agreement/affidavit. - Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration. - Completed and signed MBD 4, MBD 8, and MBD 9 forms. - Bidders listed on the National Treasury register of defaulters will be rejected. Submissions must be deposited into the RFQ box at the reception by the closing date and time: 20 May 2026 at 10:30. No emailed submissions will be accepted. Quotations above R30,000 will be evaluated on the basis of the 80:20 points system. Bidders must achieve a functional score of not less than 70 points out of 100 for functionality. Functionality will be assessed based on company experience and references (40 points). The session for Exco strategic review is scheduled for **** May 2026, and for the Board on **** June 2026.
