The bid documents must be dropped in the marked bid box at the reception of the Emalahleni Local Municipality offices at 37 Indwe Road in Lady Frere not later than 12:00 pm on 15 April 2026.

All supplementary forms contained in the bid documents must be completed in full, and bidders must submit proof that municipal rates and taxes are not in arrears for more than three months. In bids where consortia, joint ventures, or subcontractors are involved, each party must submit a separate tax compliance status (TCS) certificate and PIN/CSD number.
