This is a two-year term contract for the supply, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing for cluster 4 at specified locations. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure by 11:00 am on September 14, 2026. Evaluation is in two phases: compliance and preferential procurement (80/20 system). Tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet CIDB grading requirements (Grade 3SO or higher). Technical enquiries can be directed to Ms C. Twetwa.

The employer will compensate the tender as follows nec3 term service contract: april ****.
This bid will be evaluated in two 2 phases as follows: phase one: compliance, responsiveness to the bid rules and conditionsphase two: preferential procurement policy framework act pppfa, and preferential procurement regulations 2022.
Contractors must have a cidb grading designation equal to or higher than a cidb grade 3so or higher class of construction work.
If the employer terminates the contract due to default of the contractor in whole or in part, the employer may decide to: a refer the breach in contract to the cidb for investigation as a breach of the cidb code of conduct in terms of the cidb regulations or b may impose a restriction penalty on the contractor in terms of section 14 of the preferential procurement regulations.
There will be no briefing meeting.

Tenderers who have withdrawn such tender or quotation after the advertised closing date and time for the receipt of submissions after having been notified of the acceptance of his tender, failed or refused to commence the contract had their contract terminated for reasons within their control without reasonable cause offered, promised or given a bribe in relation to the obtaining or the execution of such contract acted in a fraudulent, collusive or anticompetitive or improper manner or in bad faith towards the provincial government, may be placed under restriction from tendering with the state.
