Bidders must submit a copy of the company's Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, a valid letter of good standing from the Office of the Compensation Commissioner, completed and signed SBD forms, track record of similar contracts in the past five years, reference letters from at least five clients, a valid original tax clearance certificate, and a supply municipal services water, sanitation, rates and electricity account statement or lease agreement. The bid is subject to the preferential procurement policy framework act, **** and the preferential procurement regulations, 2017, the general conditions of contract (GCC) and any other special conditions of contract. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form SBD7. Bidders must comply with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS. Consortia, joint ventures, and subcontractors must submit separate TCS certificates/PINs/CSD numbers. Bids from persons in the service of the state, companies with directors who are persons in the service of the state, or close corporations with members who are persons in the service of the state will not be considered. The bid will be evaluated in two stages: functionality (minimum 70 points) and price/specific goals (80/20 point system). All documents must be in English. The quotation is valid for three months. Pricing must be for all line items in Annexure A (Bill of Quantities), fixed for the full period of the contract, VAT inclusive, and factor in any increases on all products, including delivery and overheads. Annexure A is attached. The closing date for submission of responses is 14 May 2025 at 11:00 AM. Emailed applications must not be more than 6MB in size.
