The bid is adjudicated using the 80/20 preference point system, with points allocated based on B-BBEE status level, as stated: the **** preference point system pppfa scoring in terms of the preferential procurement policyframework act, **** pppfa and the preferential procurement regulations, 2022 shall apply in the adjudication.
