The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a service provider to implement a cloud-based Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The scope includes design, implementation, configuration, integration, and support for 100 licenses across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. The solution should enhance cybersecurity by managing privileged accounts, credentials, and elevated access activities. Key requirements include user management, role-based access control, access request workflows, password management, privileged session management, audit and compliance features, integration with existing IAM and security platforms, and support for hybrid environments. The contract duration is three years, including three years of post-implementation support. Monthly invoicing and payment of fees and disbursements will take place based on actual services rendered, with payment of invoices to be effected within 30 days from the date of receipt.
The bid will be evaluated based on a combination of price and specific goals, with a weighting of 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals (BBBEE).
Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise-grade privileged access management (PAM) solutions, with specific requirements for company and personnel experience, including professional certifications for the technical lead.
Failure to provide satisfactory goods or services may result in the bidder's blacklisting within TCTA or other organs of state.
